Ignore this at your peril as this becomes ever more obvious as you get towards your 40’s and 50’s and these habits and routines get hard wired into your brain harder and harder with each passing year

Build positive Routines and rituals into your daily routine and give your brain a break from having to make descisions and use willpower all the time. Give yourself protected time, some structure and some Hard & Fast Rules to follow

It’s going to feel weird art first every time you get in a situation where you would normally do The Thing TM … you have to push past this and find something to else to do / other way to cope … Until it becomes second nature to do something else … which it will ….
… its just gonna take 30 days (To create the habit) and 90 days to make it the new normal
